How to Create a Welcoming & Harassment-Free Workplace

The explosion of the #metoo movement into the public consciousness and the rash of allegations against prominent men that sparked it have cast a harsh light on the pervasiveness of sexual harassment in the workplace. At the same time, however, other types of abusive workplace behavior have remained largely in the shadows. Research by the Workplace Bullying Institute (WBI) indicates that nearly 20% of U.S. workers have experienced workplace bullying, almost the same percentage of Americans who have suffered sexual harassment in the workplace.
