In this new normal, many organizations and leaders are realizing that it’s more powerful and efficient to have a remote work model.  In fact, the metrics are there to prove it.  
 
You may ask yourself why didn’t we make the change to a remote work model sooner?  The answer is because it’s easier and more comfortable to keep doing what you’re already doing.    
Now it’s a perfect time to take the lead and formalize a strategic plan for having some presence of a permanent remote workforce.  This strategy may include replacing some of your team members who are not well suited to working remotely, downsizing or, for those more fortunate, expanding your workforce, in addition to the day-to-day task of maximizing productivity and well-being.
