Since 2015 we’ve experienced three waves of transformation, bringing us from DevOps (Speed), via NoOps (Stability), to Autonomous Cloud Enablement (ACE) (Scale).

DevOps helped us automate and speed up delivery to reach our CTO’s goal of “1h Commit to Production”. NoOps then led us to build more resilient systems and automate operations resulting in a reduction of end user impacting production problems by 93%. ACE is now our final wave, allowing us to scale NoOps, processes and tools from initially 60 to 800+ globally distributed engineers.
