Bus Back Better, the long-awaited National Bus Strategy for England, has been welcomed by the bus industry. Bus Service Improvement Plans, which will be jointly developed by bus operators and Local Transport Authorities, are a key element of the strategy – and we believe that good data – and the means to properly interpret it – will have a huge part to play in their creation and successful delivery.
