That is because, although most know of IR35, its full impact on organisations and individuals is largely unknown. A lot of organisations and individuals have put their heads firmly in the sand on this issue, perhaps preferring the impacts would remain unknown. Is it any coincidence that the first full individual UK tax year, that IR35 will be enforced, starts on 6th April 2020?
