How do you define business continuity?
Business continuity has for many years now been an issue of grave concern that’s been discussed extensively within the business community. Events such as 9/11, the 2008 stock market crash, and now the COVID-19 pandemic have propelled businesses to seriously consider contingency plans. According to the Federation of Small Business, 80% of small-to-medium enterprises that are affected by a major calamity close within 18 months. The need for clear and concise business continuity strategies is therefore imperative.
