The results stem from LIVE polls with delegates from the Operational Excellence in Oil & Gas Conference held in June in Calgary. A theme emerged from the surveys identifying PEOPLE issues as an Operational Excellence focus area – and more specifically, BEHAVIORS and LEADERSHIP – with the keyword from the conference being DISCIPLINE.
