Everyone who is responsible for Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) security is working in uncharted territory as there are currently no models or standards that provide adequate guidance for segmenting and safeguarding contemporary systems. The 2018 SANS Industrial IoT Security Survey is a study of practices and perceptions that may be facilitating or impeding the security of IIoT solutions.
